This website isn't medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about our practice and about health topics. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for an exam, diagnosis, or treatment from a doctor who knows you. Don't ignore medical advice or put off getting care because of something you read here.

Not for emergencies

The website, the inquiry form, and our general email inbox aren't watched around the clock and aren't meant for urgent or emergency needs. In an emergency, call 911.

No doctor-patient relationship from using the site

Visiting this site, filling out the inquiry form, emailing us, or talking with us during an introductory call doesn't make you our patient. A doctor-patient relationship with Valiant begins only after you sign a membership agreement with us and we accept you as a member.

Direct primary care isn't insurance

A Valiant membership is a direct primary care agreement between you and our practice. It isn't health insurance and doesn't meet any requirement to carry health insurance. Membership doesn't cover hospital care, specialist care, emergency care, or other services outside our practice. Lab work and prescriptions go through your insurance unless your membership specifically includes them. We recommend keeping health insurance for everything outside primary care.

Information on the site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including our programs and prices, but it may change, and the site may occasionally have errors. The terms of your signed membership agreement control over anything on this website.

Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to interfere with how it works, get into parts of it you're not meant to access, or use the inquiry form to send spam or harmful content.

Our content

The text, logos, images, and design of this site belong to Valiant or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
