This policy covers the website only. Once you become a patient, the health information in your medical record is protected by federal law and covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

When you fill out our membership inquiry form or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent through this website, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@valiantmedicine.com.
Children
We care for patients age 16 and up. This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
